I have more news to report about two of my books! First, my latest book, Fool’s Gold Folly is being featured on the Around the World in 80 Books Community Reading Challenge. This novella is a side story to accompany the Renegade Series, and tells the story of a young Irish immigrant, Patrick Mulligan. When the Civil War ends, Patrick decides to uproot his family and take them out West to Colorado Territory in search of gold. But what he discovers is far more valuable than riches.
Second, A Beckoning Hellfire has reached number one on Goodreads’ Listopia! (It started out at #96.) This is the second book in the Renegade Series, which tells the story of a young man from Alabama. After suffering a horrendous family trauma, David Summers enlists with the Confederate cavalry, only to find that his delusions of glory and grandier are replaced with pain and misery.
